Sunset Sands is a lovely 2 bedroom ocean front condominium located directly on beautiful Mission Beach in San Diego. Sunset Sands is professionally managed to make your stay go smoothly. The unit is available year-round and is very reasonably priced. We welcome everyone.

Location

We are located in beautiful Mission Beach, San Diego, California. The condo is situated on a 2 block wide spit that separates the ocean beach from Mission Bay. Mission Beach is a continuous 3 mile stretch of clean, soft sand and Mission Bay is itself an incredible scenic water playland. The beach is large, not crowded and very clean. The surf is exhilarating to play in, with or without the boogie boards.

All this is still only 5 minutes from Sea World, and 20 minutes from the airport, downtown, the zoo, La Jolla, and many other attractions. Whether on a business trip or a vacation, you will never stay in a motel or hotel room again after staying here.

Accommodation

The unit is comfortably and newly furnished in a classic contemporary style. It was designed with the ocean in mind. You have spectacular views from all the main living areas. There are 2 bedrooms in the unit. The bedding arrangements are: queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. And the master bedroom faces the ocean, featuring a large window ocean view.
