The Villa

Beach condo, on the sand in north San Diego County. Wonderful ocean and sunset views.

Location

Oceanside is about halfway between Disneyland in Orange County and Sea World in San Diego, and a few miles from Legoland. This resort-style condo complex is between the pier and the harbour area – walking distance to both for dining and recreation.

Accommodation

The penthouse condo is on the top two floors. Elevator access to the first floor. King bed in upstairs master bedroom with washer-dryer, Jacuzzi tub, shower, cable TV and view of sunsets, and surf. 400 sq ft roof top patio with tables and barbecue. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, cable TV and ocean view. Living room has queen sofa, large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD/stereo. Modern kitchen has all appliances: dishwasher, coffee, blender, disposal, steamer, chopper.

Facilities

Condo complex has two pools, spas, saunas, exercise room, pool tables, ping pong, putting green, koi ponds in a lush tropical landscaped environment.

Additional Information

Monthly rates available. $100 additional for holiday weeks. $75 cleaning fee. 10% city tax applicable for rentals of less than 30 days.
