The Villa

Both condos are recently renovated and provide everything you need for a perfect vacation. Walk out your back door and the ocean is in your yard. As close as you can be. The second condo is a penthouse suite, also up front with oceanfront view. Nothing between the condo and the ocean to block your view.

Location

Located inside North Coast Village resort, a guarded, gated community.

Walk to the harbour for viewing the many ships, shops, renting boats of all kinds or eating at one of the many restaurants. A beautiful sandy beach goes on for 3 1/2 miles. Walk down the boardwalk and the extra long pier to enjoy the views. Oceanside is noted for the beautiful white sandy gentle slopping beach. Lots of sunbathing, swimming, boogie boarding, volley ball, and surfing.

Accommodation

The ocean-front condo has a queen-size bed and is on the ocean. See and hear the ocean waves day and night. Decorated in wicker and rattan furniture. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bed over it and another single bed across from it to make sleeping for four. In case all four do not want to sleep in the same room, there is a queen-size air mattress in the hallway closet. Take it into the living room and plug it in and there is an instant, comfortable, queen-size air mattress.

Both condos have boogie boards, sand umbrellas, sand chairs, beach towels, all linen for beds, and bathroom towels. The fully equipped kitchens have been updated with all appliances, large and small.

Facilities

Both condos have two parking spaces in the secure underground, guarded, gated parking. The facilities at North Coast Village include two heated swimming pools, Jacuzzis, recreation centre, billiards, ping-pong, exercise equipment rooms, steam rooms, putting green, koi ponds, water falls, running streams, tropical gardens and decorative rock formations that give the illusion of a tropical isle.

You can sign up for a tour leaving NCV two mornings a week. It takes you to Mexico for sight-seeing and shopping.

Take the train to San Diego and get on the Old Town Trolley Tours. Or drive there in a rented car – it’s about 35-40 minutes away. Spend the day getting off at 8 locations and then catch a later trolley to finish your tour. See the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park with its many museums and galleries, Old Town, Coronado Island, Seaport Village, and more. Take the San Diego Harbor Excursion.

Additional Information

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred. Check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am the following Saturday. Refundable security Deposit of $300 required to hold the reservation. The cleaning fee of $90 is deducted from the deposit before it is refunded. No per-night rentals during the summer. Rental agreement is sent by email to guests.
