The Villa

Spacious South Lake Tahoe vacation chalet. Close to beaches, skiing and State line casinos. Completely furnished for comfortable living. Five separate sleeping areas, Two story home. Photos and map for exact location available on the Internet. Free local phone service, Internet connection, modern kitchen facilities, washer, dryer, self-cleaning oven, five burner cook top and ice-maker. Available all year round. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. are all provided.

Location

Walking distance to public transportation. Bicycle rentals available two blocks from our chalet with bike and hiking trails to several popular public beaches and resorts. Off-street parking at front of this property. Snow ploughing service provided when needed.

Accommodation

Master bedroom upstairs with comfortable California king bed. Second bedroom up stairs contains four single beds. Third sleeping area upstairs, we call "Woody's Den", contains one double bed chest of drawers. All sleeping conveniently located near one large bathroom.

Linen, towels and limited house cleaning service furnished. All renters are required to thoroughly clean the kitchen area before departure to receive a full refund of their security deposit.

Downstairs, one bedroom with a double bed. The family room has a queen sofa bed.

Facilities

This chalet features a large rock fireplace. Living area with large family room, dining area, firewood provided during winter months through February. Front deck with BBQ, lounge furniture.

Prices

We also offer three-day holiday rates of $675 + tax.

There is a year-round two-day minimum rental of $525 + tax.

Please note that rates and city taxes are subject to change.

Additional Information

We require all renters to sign a rental agreement and pay a security/damage deposit of $300 in addition to the rent and tax amount.

We allow pets, with our prior approval, at an additional charge of $15 per day per pet + tax with a maximum of two pets per rental period.

We have a maximum occupancy of twelve people and five cars maximum in the front driveway. We provide snow ploughing of the driveway when needed and the City regularly ploughs the street.

We are licensed by the City of South Lake Tahoe to operate as a vacation rental.
