The Villa

This highly recommended, luxurious residence is simply exquisite. The house is set overlooking a Preserve on Heritage Harbour – Sarasota's premier golf resort-style community for families. Location

This area of the Gulf Coast is stylish, upscale, beautiful and very well placed for all that Florida has to offer its visitors. A premier outlet mall is one stop up the freeway and designer shops of St Armand's Circle with various restaurants is about a 30 minute drive away. There are many fine dining and casual restaurants within easy reach of the property! Anna Maria Island is the nearest beach. The aquarium and Ringling Brothers Circus Museum are firm favourites, too! There are boats to hire and ride, water sports, fishing – the list is endless!

Accommodation

The property has four bedrooms (one master and TV, one queen and TV, two twins), three and a half bathrooms (one en-suite, two family and one pool bathroom), three living areas, fully equipped kitchen, informal and formal dining areas, outside balcony which can be accessed from the first floor living area and overlooks the private west-facing heated salt water pool and patio area. The pool also benefits from added security for children where a child safety barrier is provided. The area also benefits from six sun-loungers, table, six chairs and umbrella. Utility room and double garage.

Facilities

The main living area has cable TV, DVD, and Playstation2 whilst the first floor living area benefits from a stereo system, CD, computer with broadband Internet access together with printer. Guests will find a child’s travel cot and highchair in the walk-in wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker and much more. Utility room where guests will find the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The property also benefits from full air-conditioning and ceiling fans in many of the rooms. All linen and towels are provided.

The Heritage Harbour site offers various amenities/facilities which are available for guests to use, a full list of these can be found in the detailed property brochure which is available from the property owner on request. Stoneybrook Golf Club is within the Heritage Harbour Community. However there are many other golf courses around Heritage Harbour and the Bradenton Area (and there are lots!) which are all of an excellent standard with very reasonable rates.
