The Villa
Our luxury Orlando rental villa is called 'Hank's House By The Mouse'
and it is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps up to eight
people. It is not just a luxury Orlando rental villa, as not
only does it have its own private screened pool
and lanai area bit it is not which is not overlooked at the rear.
In addition, the pool
is south-facing which means it has the sun on it all day long.

Location
Our beautiful vacation home is near Disney World - in fact
it is only 12 minutes drive to the Disney World welcome gate and being situated
in the up-market 'Village at Tuscan Ridge' it is located on
US Highway 27 in
the 'Disney Triangle'. Being less than 5
minutes drive from the Interstate 4 it is ideally placed for
trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts (e.g. Daytona Beach,
Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa Bay). Nearby
there is a vast array of eating establishments and a number
of supermarkets. A championship golf-course is less than 5
minutes drive away. All the other major Orlando
attractions are within 25 minutes
drive.
Accommodation
Our vacation home in Tuscan Ridge has two double bedrooms, one is en-suite and has
its own TV with cable. The second bathroom is located between
the second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a double
sofa bed in the reading lounge if required. The remainder
of the property comprises: a fully fitted kitchen, kitchen
dining nook, family room and dining room. There is also a
double garage that has a pool table for those occasional
rainy days in Orlando.
Facilities
Our luxury Orlando rental villa has everything you would
expect and more. The family room has a large wide-screened TV, DVD (with
some family and children's DVDs)
and a hi-fi. The kitchen is fully-fitted and includes a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer,
toaster, coffee-maker and blender. The utility area in the
kitchen has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Other
facilities include, full air-conditioning, child-safety barrier
by the pool, sun-beds and an outdoor dining table and chairs
with parasol. All linen and towels are supplied. On site there
is a tennis court that is free for use by 'The Village' residents
and guests.

Additional Information
The above prices exclude 10% Florida Sales Tax. No security
deposit is taken. Instead an accidental damage insurance premium
of £40/$60 is charged per stay (covering all guests). Pool
heating is charged at £16/$25 per night's stay or £100/$150
per week. A 20% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being
payable 12 weeks before the rental commences. The telephone
in the villa is free to use for local, national and international
calls.
