The Villa
Sunnyvillaflorida is a new luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa that sleeps 10. Fully air-conditioned for your comfort and relaxation. It has a large (30'x15') heated (optional) pool, underwater lighting and is not overlooked by other pools. The lanai area has a ceiling fan and can be fully lit for evening use.
Location
Our villa lies within 12 minutes drive of Disney and is situated in the up-market 'Village at Tuscan Ridge' which is located on US highway 27. Being just minutes drive from the I-4 and the 192 it is ideally placed for trips to both Gulf and Atlantic coasts and all other local attractions. Nearby there are many golf courses including Greg Norman's 'Champions Gate'.
Accommodation
The villa has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bath and shower room and cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV with adjacent bathroom. There is a twin bedroom and kids bedroom with triple bunk bed, cable TV and PS2 with games and bathroom across the hall. The remainder of the villa is two large sitting rooms, formal dining area and separate dining area just off the kitchen.
Facilities
The family room has a ceiling fan, large TV, cable and DVD player with DVDs. The second lounge has a ceiling fan, large TV, cable and DVD/video player. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, waste-disposal, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, pots and pans and all utensils that are required when on vacation.
