Location

Located on Crescent Lakes off Poinciana Blvd, a beautifully landscaped and quiet residential community, very convenient for of all major attractions. The charm of Walt Disney World, and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Centre with the most magnificent firework display daily is an experience not to be missed. The wonders of Disney MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Pleasure Island and the breathtaking whales and dolphins at Sea World are well worth a visit. Plus many more wonderful things to do to make your vacation extra special. If you have never been to Disney before you might think it is the most magical place in the world and once you have been you think that it probably is!!

Accommodation

The villa, with nearly 2,000 sq ft of living space, is on 2 storeys. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room, games room and large private deck area incorporating the swimming pool. The huge pool is 30' x 15' pool and extended deck area giving plenty of room for the tables, chairs and sun loungers provided. From this area you can view the lake and nature reserve where there are lots of eagles, storks and other wildlife which is so fascinating to watch and extremely tranquil, particularly after a busy day at Disney or out and about.

Facilities

Relax in a truly tranquil setting watching the wildlife on Willow Bend Trail or just soak up the wonderful sunshine on our sun loungers. The large fridge/freezer has an ice maker for those long cool drinks relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks or out and about. All bedrooms have large ceiling fans for your extra comfort. All linens, towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience. The furnishings throughout the house are to a very high standard enabling your stay to be luxurious with home from home comforts. There are many shops, supermarkets (24hrs) and restaurants to suit most tastes within 15 mins drive. Airboat rides available nearby.

Additional Information

All prices are plus 12% sales and tourist tax. Bookings of less than 6 nights are subject to a clean fee charge of $76. A security deposit is payable on arrival of $250 which is totally refundable at the end of your stay with no damage or breakage.
