The Villa

Luxury executive home 5/6 bedrooms – sleeps up to 14.

Fountain View has a host of extras that make it stand out from the rest. Master Suite with huge en-suite bathroom and private balcony, 2 further master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with double walk-in shower. The villa also has a games room, 2 lounge areas, and dining accommodation for 14 people. The pool area has Jacuzzi spa, poolside shower and washroom and extended decking for year round sun bathing. It also boasts fantastic views over the lake and illuminated fountain.

Location

This home offers spacious, luxurious accommodation in the prestigious gated community of "Cumbrian Lakes", a development of brand new luxury homes. Immaculate palm tree lined entrance and designer landscaping compliment the sparkling lakes that provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys and heron. Yet this lush, green, peaceful backdrop is situated just a few minutes off the main highway 192 in Kissimmee, with it's array of shops, restaurants and attractions. Cumbrian Lakes makes a perfect central location for visiting Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gulf Coast beaches and all the other major attractions that Florida has to offer. There are beautiful nature trails, a jogging path and children's play park.

Accommodation

Fountain View is a privately owned executive 2-story villa, providing pure luxury in every sense of the word. Apart from its superb central location on an exclusive gated community, this villa has a fabulous lakeside view from the extended poolside. It has a beautiful screened swimming pool with Jacuzzi spa, and a host of extras, which make this home stand out from the rest.

Fountain View has been individually furnished and interior designed to compliment the luxury of the home and location. We have worked to a standard and not a budget, and believe that this shows in the quality inside and outside of our villa.

The downstairs accommodation includes spacious:

• Family room with flat screen 72 channel cable TV and DVD player. Patio doors to pool.
• Living room (with double sofa bed)
• Dining room
• Fully equipped kitchen incorporating breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc.
• Breakfast nook, overlooking pool area
• Half bathroom with toilet and wash hand basin
• 2 Master bedrooms with queen size beds (UK king size) both with en-suite and walk in double shower and 72 channel cable TV. One bedroom has patio doors to pool area. All bedrooms have large fitted closets.
• The garage has been adapted to provide a games room for kids' young and old.
• Washer and tumble dryer area
• Telephone with free locals calls and Internet access.

The upstairs accommodation includes spacious:

• Master Suite - with super-king size bed, seating area, 72 channel cable TV, and private balcony overlooking the pool, lake and fountain. The en-suite bathroom boasts a huge walk in shower, double vanity sinks, roman bath tub, separate toilet and walk-in closet.
• Two further bedrooms- 1 twin and 1 triple.
• Further full bathroom, with over bath shower.
• Loft style open plan children's living/sleeping area incorporating a Disney theme. 72 channel cable TV, with Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network.

In addition the villa also has a highchair and cot with bedding. All linen and towels are provided.

Pool area overlooks the beautiful lake, and boasts:

• 12X27 ft screened pool with extended decking/patio area

• Poolside toilet and shower
• Table, chairs, and sun-loungers

• 2 further double en-suite bedrooms, with double walk in showers, all with cable TV.
• Games room with multi-activity centre including air hockey, table football, pool etc., darts board and a large selection of children's games.
• Children's loft area with bed, bean bags and soft cushions, TV with 72 channel cable TV
• Child-safety alarms on doors and windows leading to/overlooking the pool, plus safety screening around pool area. Numerous sun-loungers and patio furniture, child pool toys, outdoor dining area with fan and light above and a large BBQ.
• Free High chair and crib/cot.
• All linen and towels for use in the villa are supplied.

Additional Information

The above prices includes 13% Florida Sales Tax. A security deposit of £200/ $350 is required. Pool heating is charged at £16/$25 per night's stay or £100/$150 per week. A £200/$350 deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 10 weeks before the rental commences. The telephone in the villa is free to use for local calls. We do not make additional charges for use of BBQ, cot, high chair, use of DVDs. The stunning Lakeside views are also free.
