pool – heating optional. Sleeps six. 12 minutes drive
from Disney World. Privately owned and maintained to a high
standard.
Location
The Manors at Westridge is a prestigious gated community.
Situated on Highway 27 it has all the advantages of being
near restaurants, shops and numerous championship golf courses.
Highlands Reserve Golf Course is 1 mile away and the new Greg
Norman golf course is also close by. A new Publix supermarket
is only 2 minutes drive away.
Accommodation
Spacious accommodation: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite)
and double garage. The comfortably furnished lounge/diner
has two sofas, rocking chair, dining table and chairs, large
TV, hi-fi, VCR and selection of tapes. (There is also a second
TV in the master bedroom and TV/VCR in the double bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen-size (5ft) bed, en-suite facilities
and access to the pool. The second and third bedrooms –
one double and one twin – share the second bathroom.
Facilities
The kitchen is equipped with a large, conventional cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, toaster, dishwasher,
iron and other appliances. There is a laundry room with automatic
washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Hairdryers,
towels and linens are provided, plus cutlery, crockery, professional
chef's cookware. Free use of crib and high chair. Free telephone
calls from villa including USA and international. Security
alarm system. Ceiling fans. Floodlit pool, extended decking,
patio table, chairs and sun-loungers.

Additional Information
Pool Heat is £70 per week extra if required. The Manors at
Westridge also has an unmanned clubhouse housing gym equipment,
