The Villa
A 4 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished luxury villa close to
Disney with fabulous sunsets overlooking a conservation area.
The villa has its own pool and it is south/south west facing
so the sun is there all day. We are 15 minutes from the main
attractions and 45 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios.
Location
Our villa is situated on Highway 27 which is near to the
two main thoroughfares of Disney – either the 192 or
Interstate 4. The Interstate takes you directly into Disney
or it is the main thoroughfare between the Gulf and the Atlantic
coasts. Nearby are restaurants and food shops some of which
are open 24 hours.
Accommodation
The villa has 4 double bedrooms one of which has an en suite
comprising a Jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower, twin sinks
and a separate walk-in closet. There is another double bedroom
on the same side. The family room, dining room breakfast nook,
fully fitted kitchen and separate laundry room separate two
further bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the family bathroom.
Facilities
There is a TV with video in the lounge plus a radio/CD player
and two bedrooms have a TV in them. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer,
oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the separate
laundry room and a waste disposal unit.

Additional Information
Pool heating if required is charged at £50 per week. A security
deposit is payable of £150 per booking. A deposit of £100
per week is required and the balance is payable eight weeks
before the departure date.
