The Villa

20 minutes from Disney and one hour's drive to Florida's coastlines, Southern Dunes is perfect whatever your vacation plans are. Lounge around your own pool, stroll to the Walmart superstore, play golf or lunch in a restaurant. Start the car and within minutes be at one of the Disney attractions.

Location

Southern Dunes is situated on the US 27 South of the Interstate 4 exit 55. Just before Haines City and with the Walmart prominent on the left of the highway you just cannot miss it.

Accommodation

The villa has a master bedroom (en-suite with a king bed and TV with cable). There are two twin bedrooms and another double bedroom with queen bed. The remainder of the property comprises: a fully fitted kitchen, kitchen dining nook, family room, dining room, a reading area and a utility room. There is also a double garage.

Facilities

The family room with fan has a TV, a DVD and a radio/CD player as well as several three- and two-seater settees. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster a kettle and a teapot! In the utility there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

Other facilities include, full air conditioning/heating, shower and hot tub in the king master bedroom, two further full bathrooms, a child-safety fence across the pool deck, underwater pool lighting, a baby high chair and cot, sun-beds tables and chairs around the pool and an outdoor dining area. All linen and towels are supplied.

On site there is an 18 hole golf course, tennis court and a community pool.
