The Villa
Ideal for two families – with two master suites, extra
spacious living area and a large heated south-facing pool.
Location
Our home on Royal Palms is located on Highway 27, 1.5 miles
from exit 55 on Interstate 4. It is approximately 10/15 minutes
from Disney and shops and attractions are a short drive away.
There are many golf courses in the surrounding area.
Accommodation
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite).
The master has a queen bed, combi-TV, a large walk-in closet
with plenty of storage and a safe. The master en-suite has
a large tub and a separate shower, sink and separate WC. The
second master has a full-size bed, TV, closet and bath with
shower. Both of these bathrooms lead on to the pool deck.
There is a 3rd bedroom with full-size bed and a Disney-style
twin-bedded room, that shares the 3rd bathroom.
