The Villa
The Villa is a luxurious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house, sleeping
a maximum of 14 plus cot. It has its own extended deck with
private screened pool, from where you can see the nightly
Disney fireworks!
Location
Our villa lies within 12 minutes drive of Disney World and
is situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes estate. This
is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway 27. Being
less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4 or the '192',
it is ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts
(eg. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa
Bay). Nearby there are a vast array of eating establishments
and a number of supermarkets. A championship golf-course is
less than 5 minutes drive away. All the other major Orlando
attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The villa has two master themed bedrooms each with en-suite
and cable TV and DVD players. There are three further twin
themed bedrooms one with en-suite and all with 19" cable TVs,
and a family bathroom.
The remainder of the property comprises: a fully fitted
kitchen, kitchen dining nook, family room with 46" projection
cable TV and DVD player, dining room, a lounge with full stereo
and utility room. There is also a double garage.
Facilities
The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer,
coffee-maker, slo-cooker and blender. In the utility there
is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Other facilities include, extensive selection of DVDs, full
air conditioning, twin shower and bath in the first master
bedroom, child-safety alarms on doors and windows leading
to/overlooking the pool, baby high chair, numerous sun-beds,
child toys, outdoor dining area with fan and light above.
All linen and towels are supplied.
On site there is are tennis courts, volleyball court 2 children's
play areas and a communal pool that are free for use by the
community residents and guests.

Additional Information
The above prices exclude 11% Florida Sales Tax.
Pool heating is charged at £10/$15 per night's stay. A deposit
is taken on booking, the balance being payable 8 weeks before
the rental commences.
The telephone in the villa is free to use for local, national
and international calls.
