The Villa
Pats Sizzling Sunshine retreat is a spacious luxury 4 bedroom/3
bathroom villa sleeping up to 10. Its own private south west
facing screened pool is sun drenched for most of the day and
is illuminated for evening use, whilst the large lanai provides
shade and is ideal for eating al-fresco.
Location
Pats Sizzling Sunshine Retreat is located on the select subdivision
of Orange Tree and is about 10/12 minutes from Disneyworld,
whilst the other Orlando attractions are only up to 30 minutes
away. Being reasonably close to Interstate 4 it is easy to
travel to either the Atlantic Coast or Gulf Coast to visit
Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona or the Kennedy Space Centre. As
it is on Highway 27 it is ideal for taking that trip south
to Miami or the Florida Keys or north to see other parts of
Florida.
Accommodation
The spacious, tastefully decorated, luxury villa has full
air conditioning , a telephone and is handicapped-accessible.
It has 2 master en-suite bedrooms (1 having a twin shower
and a large bath tub) and 2 twin rooms with a third shared
bathroom, a spacious family room (seats 6), separate dining
area (seats 6) and fully equipped kitchen (seats 4).
The large double garage houses the washer and tumble drier and other laundry facilities. Each bedroom has its own alarm clock/radio and all bed linen and towels (including towels for use around the pool) are provided.
Facilities
The spacious family room has cable TV, VCR , hi-fi and pullout
queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave,
fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and waste disposal
unit.
All doors leading to the pool have child safety alarms and
there is a rollaway safety fence around the pool itself. There
is an outside pool shower, 6 sun loungers and an outside dining
area.
On-site facilities include tennis court, football pitch and
toddlers playground. Other nearby facilities include shops,
restaurants and golf courses.

Additional Information
The above prices include booking fee, Florida sales tax and
departure cleaning. Pool heating is an optional extra at £12.50
per day (2004)/£15 per day(2005). A non refundable deposit
of £150 with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to
arrival (or credit card details may be given instead).
