A truly beautiful and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental
villa near Disney World set in half
an acre of grounds in a vibrant community. The home has a
wonderful picturesque outlook being surrounded by greenery.
With a vast amount of land around the villa, your children
can play out there quite safely. As a consequence too, for
those that like privacy whilst swimming and sunning
themselves, the pool is not overlooked at the rear.
Now as we are talking about the pool, even better news is
that not only is it a privately-screened pool, it also has 'solar'
heating. This means that it can be heated at anytime. And
the benefit.......pool heating is completely
FREE all year round so guests will never have to pay pool
heating charges, so that will save you a pound / dollar or

Location
The home is close to all the major attractions. For days
out at the beach, both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts
are approximately 60-70 minutes drive away - 23 miles of
golden beaches at Daytona on the Atlantic coast and the
popular Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast.
For golfers there are 5 golf courses nearby, the nearest
being the picturesque Solivita Golfing Village (only 5
minutes away) which is not just for golfers - you can
go there to have a meal or just relax with a cool long drink
at the bar!
The local vicinity too is great for families. Nearby
there are picnic areas to take the children for a relaxing
time away from the theme parks. If fishing is your preferred
recreational activity, enjoy your pastime on the many nearby
lakes. In addition you can take the children out on the
airboat rides. Or as the saying goes, "when in Rome..." so
why not go and try something you may never have done before? Be a
Buffalo Bill or an Annie Oakley and try being a cowboy/girl
for the day - go horse riding and experience the 'Wild
West'!
If you are from overseas and want to take advantage of
the cheaper prices here in Florida, shoppers can have a ball
so bring an empty suitcase! Only 5 minutes away is the local
town centre and Kissimmee town centre is only 15 minutes
away where you will find everything you need, from
major super stores, numerous restaurants, fast food outlets,
a Super Wal*Mart for cheap clothing right through
to video rental stores!
Accommodation
The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, the master having an en-suite, a walk-in
wardrobe and patio doors leading to the pool and sundeck.
The other bedrooms share a guest bathroom. As mentioned
latterly, our screened pool is solar heated, plus with our very large
lanai/deck, dining alfresco style is a joy.
Facilities
The kitchen is fully fitted and comes equipped with oven,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, waste disposal and
many other cooking facilities and utensils.
Our very modern and sumptuous lounge/great room has a TV, a DVD
player, a video and hi-fi with CD player. Overlooking
the pool (with access to it via patio doors) the
lounge/great room has new and extremely comfortable seating
- so be careful you don't become a couch potato! If you do manage
to pull yourself away from the television and make it to
bed, the master bedroom also has a TV!
For at-home fun and relaxation, the villa has a games
room that includes air hockey and darts. There are bicycles for guests to use
FREE of charge too!
If you need to use the phone to book a restaurant,
reserve show tickets or order a takeaway the phone at the
villa is FREE to use for local calls.

Additional Information
This beautiful rental villa near Disney World provides everything necessary for a stress-free
holiday such as all linen, towels and beach towels. Sundry items such as a hairdryer, a first aid kit, a picnic hamper and a cot and high chair are available.
We ask for an initial deposit of £150/$150 and the remainder 6
weeks before date of your departure.
