The Villa
This privately owned villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3
en suite), screened-in private pool and BBQ area, TVs in most
rooms, hi-fi, etc. There is a 24/7 security service on site
and a first class management service who will attend to all
your needs.
Location
Situated off Highway 27 on 192, this villa is 10 minutes
from Disney and all the main shopping in that area. There
are local bars restaurants, etc. It is 45 minutes from the
beaches and Kennedy Space Centre. There are also golf courses
5 minutes from the villa.
Accommodation
5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en suite). This villa sleeps up
to 12, with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, complete
with a BBQ area beside the shimmering lights of the underwater
lighting of the pool. There is also a double garage.
Facilities
The villa is fully air conditioned and has all the modern
cooking facilities. It is complete with washing machine, tumble
dryer, and linen and towels are changed regularly. Sun-loungers,
tables, etc. are provided beside the pool together with electric
fans and lighting. There is a highchair for toddlers and water
toys for the kids. Basketball facilities, etc. are provided
on site for children. One of the main safety features is the
pool alarm on the patio doors for child safety.
