The Villa
A spacious two-storey home with private heated pool, fully
equipped with everything you need. Your home is fully air-conditioned
in all rooms. Two TVs, a video player and CD player are all
provided. There is everything that you will need such as pool
towels and hair dryers.
Location
The villa is located in a private, gated community which
has a communal club house and pool. Situated off the popular
highway 27 area, which is typically much less crowded that
the older Kissimmee area yet still has all shops and restaurants
within easy reach.
Accommodation
The villa has two double and two twin bedrooms. Upstairs
are the two twin rooms and one bathroom. Downstairs are the
two double rooms and two further bathrooms, one of which is
en suite. There is a large lounge/dining room with a bed-settee
which converts to a further queen-sized bed.
Facilities
The kitchen has a fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher
and oven/hob. The villa has its own private pool which may
be heated if required at additional cost to allow for year
round use.
