The Villa
Our home is a luxury 4 Bed-3 Bath executive villa sleeping up to 10. It has its own large private fully screened heated pool with covered lanai area that can be fully lit at night for evening use.
Location
In a peaceful location in the desirable mixed guest and residential Countryside community of Tuscan Ridge which is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway 27, and so under 15 minutes from the main attractions. Our home provides the perfect accommodation in a magnificent setting. Villas on Tuscan Ridge benefit from oversize lots so you don't feel hemmed in.
Accommodation
Our luxury home is fully air conditioned/heated and has two master bedroom suites with, beautifully appointed bath/shower rooms. 2 further twin bedrooms share a 3rd bath/shower room.
The Great Room and living room provide two comfortable seating areas. The kitchen
is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
etc. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. For
mealtimes, there is formal dining room, or the breakfast nook.
Private, screened swimming pool with extended deck and comfy pool furniture. If things get too hot there's a covered fan cooled lanai that provides welcome shade from the Florida sun.
Facilities
The Great Room has a TV, DVD/VCR and hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with
cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker,
and other gadgets. In the utility room there is a washer and
dryer, iron and ironing board.
Other facilities include, full air conditioning, phone, child-safety
alarms on doors and windows leading to/overlooking the pool,
monitored burglar/fire/medical/police alarm. Outside around
the heated pool are numerous comfy sun-beds, large lanai with
fans and lights above.
All linen and towels are supplied. In fact there should be
everything you need for your home for home.

Additional Information
The above prices include normal utility usage and sales tax. Pool heating if required is an additional £75 per week. We can also provide baby equipment and a barbecue for an additional charge.
