The Villa
Villa Hibiscus is a luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom executive villa sleeping 8.
It has its own large private screened saltwater pool/spa with extended lanai area that can be fully illuminated at night for alfresco dining and moonlit bathing.
Location
Villa Hibiscus is within 12 minutes drive of Disney World, it is situated on
the prestigious 'Countryside at Tuscan Ridge' subdivision
which is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway 27.
It is less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4 and ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts (eg. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa Bay).
Nearby there are a vast array of eating establishments and a number of supermarkets. A championship golf-course is less than 5 minutes drive away. All the other major Orlando attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The villa has two master bedrooms (both have queen beds) each have en-suite and cable TV. There are two twin bedrooms with cable TV, these share the third bathroom.
The remainder of the property comprises:- a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, dining room, living room with cable TV and PS 2 Playstation, and a utility room. There is also a double garage.
Facilities
The family room has a large screen TV, DVD player(with DVDs) and hi-fi with
CDs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave,
fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker and blender. In the
utility there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Other facilities include, full air conditioning, fans in all
bedrooms and family room. Twin shower and bath in the main
master suite. Child-safety alarms on all doors and windows
leading to/overlooking the pool, numerous sunbeds, child pool
toys. All linen and towels are supplied, baby equipment available.
On site there is a communal tennis court that is free for
use by residents and guests.

The above prices are inclusive of Florida Sales Tax.
A refundable security deposit of £160/$250 on arrival.
Pool heating is charged at £13/$20 per day or £90/$140 per week.
Initial deposit of £100/$160 per week on booking, the balance being payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50/$80.
The telephone in the villa is free for all local calls only, national and international calls must be made via credit or phone card.
