Eagle South House is a luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom executive villa with sofa bed sleeping 8 plus baby/toddler. It has its own large private screened pool and spa with extended lanai area that can be fully lit at night for evening use and entertainment with views across water to conservation area.
Location
Eagle South House lies within 10 minutes drive of Disney
World and is situated in the up-market sub division of Eagle
Pointe which is located just south of Highway 192 on Poinciana
Blvd. Being less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate
4, it is ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf
coasts (eg. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater
and Tampa Bay). Nearby there are a vast array of eating establishments
and a number of supermarkets including a Wal-Mart Superstore.
A championship golf-course is less than 5 minutes drive away.
All the other major Orlando attractions are within 12 minutes
drive.
Accommodation
The villa has a master bedroom (a king with en-suite) and
TV with cable. The king master bedroom also has a cot that
converts to a toddler bed, and a queen. There is also a twin
Disney bedroom, a family bathroom. The remainder of the property
comprises a fully fitted kitchen, kitchen dining nook, family
room, dining room seating 6, and utility room. There is also
a double garage. All fully air conditioned.
Facilities
The family room has a TV, VCR and hi-fi The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, slo-cooker and blender. In the utility there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include, full air conditioning, twin shower, child-safety alarms on doors and windows leading to/overlooking the pool, baby high chair, numerous sun-beds, child pool toys, outdoor dining area with fan and light above. All linen and towels are supplied. On site there is a large water pond that is free for fishing use by 'The Village' residents and guests.

Pool heating is charged at £15/$25 per night's stay or £85/$150 per week. A £100/$200 deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 10 weeks before the rental commences. The telephone in the villa is free to use for local, national and international calls.
