The Villa

Eden Holme Villa is a stunning 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom villa sleeping 8 people in comfort. It has it's own private screened pool with lanai.

Location

Our luxurious holiday villa is situated in the new community in "The Village" on Tuscan Ridge, which is ideally located just a few miles from all of Orlando's main attractions. It also has excellent facilities should you simply wish to relax in Florida's year round sunshine. So whether you are here for the Theme Parks, attractions, golf or relaxation, you've found one of the ideal vacation rental villas in Orlando.

Accommodation

Our villa is very spacious and comprises main double bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in shower room, second double-bedded room with adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, 2 twin-bedded rooms, bathroom with bath/shower, kitchen and nook (table seats 4), dining area (table seats 6), family room, living room area, utility room, double garage, covered lanai (porch), screened pool.

Facilities

The family room has TV and DVD with CDs. The living room has a TV with video and DVD combo. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-maker and cold water dispenser, toaster, coffee-maker and array of other gadgets. The utility room has a larger washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath rooms are fully equipped with hair dryers in each bathroom. The home is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in all living and sleeping areas. There is an on-site tennis court that is free for use by "The Village" residents and guests.

Additional Information

Pool heater is charged at an additional £100 /$160 per week. Security deposit of £150/$240, which will returned within 30 days of your return. 20% deposit is taken on booking.

The telephone is free to use for local calls. A telephone card is recommended for calling national and international calls.
