5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private pool and spa which
overlooks a conservation area to the front and a conservation
area and small lake from the deck/pool/spa area.
Location
The villa is 2 miles from Exit 55 on the I-4 and 7 miles
from the end of the 192.
Accommodation
The master suite has a king-size bed and seating area; the
en-suite has a large corner shower plus a corner bath and
separate WC. The second has a queen-size bed and the en-suite
has a large walk in shower and a WC – this bathroom also
serves as a pool bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and
are arranged as a 'Jack and Jill', which share a bathroom
with a shower over a bath. Bedroom 5 also has twin beds and
is at the front of the villa with views over a conservation
area. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Large living room with a queen sleeper. Family room with
large widescreen TV, DVD/CD surround sound system and a workstation
with computer and dial-up connection to access your e-mails.
Fully fitted kitchen with centre island unit. Dining room
is at the front of the villa with views over a conservation
area. Covered lanai with ceiling fan and two tables and 8
chairs the extended deck with private pool and spa which overlooks
a conservation area and small lake is covered in sunshine
all day and has six reclining chairs.
Facilities
Fully air-conditioned with remote-controlled ceiling fans
in bedrooms 2/3/4/5 and ceiling fans in the master suite.
Family room and lanai. Access to the lanai from the master
suite, living room and family room, all these doors are fitted
with pool alarms.
There is an air-conditioned games room with TV and Playstation
2 plus air-hockey table and, from the end of August 2004,
a pool table and table tennis table.
The villa is also fitted with a fully monitored alarm system
with one button direct access to all the emergency services.
