Location
Come and stay in our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, situated on the convenient Highway 27, Davenport, Florida. The property is close to all major attractions being only 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World Resort and 5 minutes from the main Interstate 4 leading to all other attractions. Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are only minutes away in nearby Kissimmee. For the golf enthusiast the property is ideally located for numerous spectacular golf courses and is only 10 minutes from Champions Gate Boulevard, which leads to the new majestic Golf Complex designed by Greg Norman.
Accommodation
The spacious layout of the villa is designed with versatility in mind. It provides
a family room with cable TV, video recorder, DVD and CD system.
The property has a separate living room and a formal dining
room making it ideal for individual families or larger groups.
Access to the pool can be gained from the living room, the
family room or the master bedroom. The king-size master bedroom
is fitted with cable TV and has a walk-in wardrobe and an
en-suite bathroom. The queen-size guest bedroom, also with
cable TV, has an adjoining bathroom with access to the pool
area. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both twin-bedded and are
separated by a third bathroom. The villa easily sleeps up
to 10 people.
The private, south-facing, fully screened pool area encloses a 15ft x 30ft pool with integrated Jacuzzi. Cushioned patio furniture and sun loungers are provided for extra comfort and external, illuminated ceiling fans add a cooling breeze for those warm Florida evenings.
Facilities
A breakfast bar with adjacent dining nook overlooking the
pool complements an open plan kitchen area which is fully
equipped with the latest cooker, microwave, dishwasher and
large fridge-freezer with integrated ice-maker. A separate
laundry room provides an individual washing machine and tumble
dryer. Games provided include air hockey, pool, table soccer
and PlayStation2. Tuscan Ridge has its own on-site children's
play area.

Additional Information
The above prices include Florida Sales Tax. A separate refundable
security deposit of £200 is taken. Pool heating is charged
at £20 per night's stay (minimum of 4 nights) or £125 per
week. A £100 per week non-refundable deposit is taken on booking,
the balance being payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
Whilst a telephone is provided within the villa, the cost of any calls made
is not included in the rental price.
