The Villa

This home was completed in October 2002 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two master suites are almost identical each having an en-suite bathroom which has a walk-in shower, separate WC, a large Roman bath and twin vanity units. The living accommodation consists of a family room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook. Each of the bedrooms and the family room has a TV with the children's rooms being equipped with TV/videos. Two PlayStation Ones and games are also provided. A safe has been installed in the master bedroom for guests to store their valuables. Outside, the property has a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi which can be heated. There is also a covered lanai area which is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep you cool if required.

Location

Tuscan Ridge Countryside is situated on US 27. It offers easy access to Interstate 4, (less than 5 minutes) and it is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime. Visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks are less than 15 minutes away. It is a quiet development where guests of owners share the community with Floridian residents.

A wide variety of shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away as are a number of golf courses.

Accommodation

This is a large villa with over 2500 sq ft of living space and is ideal for two families to share. There is a family room, which leads out to a covered lanai (outdoor seating area) with ceiling fan, a south-facing pool and spacious decked area. There are four sun loungers with luxurious cushions and a table and four chairs in the pool area. Within the family room is a colour television (cable), and a CD-radio-cassette player. This room, and the villa throughout, is furnished to a high standard. Adjoining the family room is the kitchen and nook (eating area). This area is open plan with a table and chairs and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen has every modern convenience including a full size cooker, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, large fridge-freezer with automatic ice-maker and dispenser, microwave oven, kettle and a toaster. There is a large spacious dining room with large dining table and chairs.

The villa has four good size bedrooms. It has two (almost identical) master bedrooms, both having patio doors leading out to the pool area. Identically sized large luxurious en suite bathrooms, these include separate walk-in shower, large Roman bath, his and hers vanity units, toilet and linen closet. Both bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and large mirrors. There is another bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4 with bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit, linen closet and ceramic tile floor. Both master bedrooms have queen-size beds. In each bedroom there is also a large walk-in wardrobe a remote control television, a radio alarm clock and telephone. Bedroom 3 has been themed as a 'Scooby Doo' room for visitors both young and old. Bedroom 4 has two Disney Teddy Bears, as taken to bed by Mickey and his friends, to keep guests company. Each room has a television equipped with a VCR. Two PlayStation Ones and games are also provided. All bedrooms have and ample drawer space. This gives access to a double garage.

The swimming pool is 13 x 26 foot and fully screened, south-facing so the sun is on the pool most of the day (from early morning to sunset). The view from the pool is of the nearby orange groves. Attached to the pool is a Spa/Jacuzzi, which is heated together with the pool. The covered lanai has a ceiling fan for the extra hot days and with the deck area provides ample relaxation space for guests. The pool, lanai and deck area are floodlit for that evening dip following a day at the theme parks. This area comes complete with luxury pool furniture and sun loungers.

Facilities

The kitchen has every modern convenience including a full-size cooker, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, large fridge-freezer with automatic ice-maker and dispenser, microwave oven, kettle and a toaster. All bed linen and towels are provided but we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels. A high chair, cot and light weight buggy (stroller) are provided The laundry room provides a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner.
