The Villa
This executive villa is situated on a third of an acre lot, with the south-facing extended deck backing onto mature citrus groves. Our villa has two master suites, two twin-bedded rooms and a fifth bedroom, which has bunk beds.
Location
Tuscan Ridge Countryside is situated on US 27. It offers easy access to Interstate 4, (less than 5 minutes) and it is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime and visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks are less than 15 minutes away. It is a quiet development where guests of owners share the community with Floridian residents. A wide variety of shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away as are a number of golf courses.
Accommodation
This home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a fourth bathroom and outside shower to the pool area.
The family room is comfortably furnished. There is a separate formal dining area and a breakfast nook, all having good views over the pool and onto the citrus groves.
Furnished to a high standard, the villa benefits from cable TV, 4 televisions, 2 VCRs, a PS2 and a mini hi-fi system. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped to fully provide for a party of 10 guests.
The heated pool and spa are set in the extended deck, which provides plenty of room for sunbathing, and the extensive lanai, with twin ceiling fans, provides some welcome shade. There is a half bathroom accessible from the pool and deck which has a toilet and wash hand basin. Facilities
The kitchen has every modern convenience including a full-size cooker, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, large fridge-freezer with automatic ice-maker and dispenser, microwave oven, kettle and a toaster. All bed linen and towels are provided but we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels. A high chair, cot and light weight buggy (stroller) are provided The laundry room provides a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner.
