Fleurvista is a luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single-storey villa, overlooking a small lake/conservation area. The villa has its own private heated swimming pool and many upgrades to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Free use of BBQ, cot and highchair, yet only 5 miles away from that famous "Mouse".
Location
Fleurvista is situated on the borders of Davenport/Kissimmee
in central Florida and is ideally situated for fun-packed
days at all the theme parks. Maingate Disney is only 5 miles
away near enough to pop home for an afternoon swim and return
for the evening entertainment. Sea World can be reached in
20 minutes and Universal Studios in 25 minutes. We are five
minutes drive from Champions Gate golf course and club where
you will also find a Publix supermarket, restaurants and shops.
We also have a local garage/mini-mart within a 5 minute walk.
5 minutes drive from both the I-4 and the 192. Perfect for
the holiday of a lifetime.
Accommodation
The villa has 3 large bedrooms, one queen, one double and a single, all rooms have air-conditioning and the extra luxury of ceiling fans. The family room has TV with cable, hi-fi, Playstation2/DVD, board-games, and reading material. The large lanai area by the pool provides you with many loungers for those sunbathing moments. Dining area.
Facilities
The villa is equipped to the highest standard. We provide plenty of linen, towels, pool towels. Hairdryers in both bathrooms. The kitchen is full equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice-making facility, waste disposal, blender, toaster coffee-maker. Large washing machine and dryer. Iron and Ironing board for your convenience. Free use of BBQ. Safe. Highchair and cot.

Additional Information
We offer discounts for booking of three weeks and over. Long term rentals also accepted. Nightly rates are pro rata. If less than 7 nights booking a cleaning supplement of £55/$85 will be charged. All rates are inclusive of all US taxes and utilities.
Pool heating if required is an extra £85/$135 per week.
A deposit of 25% of rental secures the booking, with the final balance due 10 weeks before commencement of rental. A refundable security deposit of £150/$200 is required with final payment which is returned immediately after villa inspection.
