The Villa
Our luxury, air-conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
and will sleep up to 10 people. The 15ft x 30ft pool (heating
optional) is south facing, and has only one neighbour and
overlooks a landscaped area for even extra privacy. Our villa
is an ideal retreat after a day at one of the many world class
attractions in Orlando.
Location
Our villa is located in the sought after and established gated community of The Manors South at Westridge. This development is situated on US27, only a few minutes from I4 and US192. It is perfectly located for Disney, which is only 15 minutes away. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are easily accessible. A championship golf course is less than 5 minutes drive away. Restaurants and supermarkets are within minutes. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive away. Many of Orlando's premier attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The living and dining areas are spacious. The living area, ideal for relaxing
in comfort, overlooks the pool and patio. It is tastefully
furnished with sofas, with 1 converting into a double bed.
The deluxe, en-suite master bedroom has direct access through
patio doors on to the covered porch/pool. It has a queen-size
bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers and remote
control colour TV. Additionally, it has the benefit of a walk-in
closet providing ample space for luggage and clothes. The
en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower and vanity unit,
and has access to the pool area. The second master bedroom
overlooks the front garden and also provides the luxury of
en-suite facilities. It has a double bed, bedside cabinet,
chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom
is complete with WC, shower/bath and vanity unit. There are
2 further bedrooms, providing twin beds, cabinets and built-in
wardrobes. The third bathroom is complete with WC, bath/shower,
vanity unit and storage cupboard.
Facilities
We have excellent facilities for evening relaxation in our games room. These include a pool table, table tennis, hockey and an electronic darts board. A Playstation 2 console is provided in the living area. A full range of baby facilities are provided including a high chair, cot, pushchair and baby monitors, which can be used outside on the pool deck. All doors leading to the pool are fitted with alarms. There are a range of facilities on Westridge, including a communal pool, basketball and tennis courts and a children's play area. All linen and towels are provided. Our management company are based on site for added peace of mind.

Additional Information
Discounts are available for late (less than 1 month), early
(more than 12 months), re-bookings or referrals and bookings
of three weeks or more.
Please note, if your stay is less than 7 nights, a cleaning
fee of £45/$80 is added. The price includes all taxes. Pool
heat is available at £35/$55 per week, and can be reserved
at the time of booking, or paid to our management company
while you are in Florida.
