A privately owned, fully licensed, detached 3-bedroom villa
located at Crescent Lakes, a residential community approximately
15 minutes from Disney territory and within easy reach of
all the main attractions.
Location
The villa is situated in a residential community that is
both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major
attractions in central Florida. Crescent Lakes is some 12
miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Boulevard.
Crescent Lakes offers very good facilities for families, such
as basket ball and volley ball courts, children's play areas,
purpose-built BBQ areas, lakes for fishing, etc. For the sun
worshippers there are always the sandy beaches with warm waters
of the Gulf and the Atlantic.
A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses,
lakes for fishing and boating, parks and picnic locations
in and around the area.
There is a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and
nightlife.
Accommodation
The villa is fully furnished to a high standard throughout.
A highchair, crib, buggy and car booster seats are available
in the home for your use at no extra cost.

There is a local management company that maintains the villa
to the necessary high standards to ensure you have a carefree
holiday. They also provide a useful information package for
your guidance. In the event of an emergency, they can be contacted
24 hours a day should you need assistance.
