The Villa
This beautiful three-bedroom villa is newly constructed
and in the Crescent Lakes area. It backs on to a conservation
area and is not overlooked. Yet, it's only 20 minutes from
the Disney area.
Location
The villa is situated in a residential community that is
both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major
attractions in central Florida. Crescent Lakes is some 12
miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Boulevard.
Crescent Lakes offers very good facilities for families, such
as basket ball and volley ball courts, children's play areas,
purpose-built BBQ areas, lakes for fishing, etc. For sun worshippers
there are always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the
Gulf and the Atlantic.
This villa is only about ten minutes away from various supermarkets
and smaller shops. The I-192 is a short drive away with a
varied selection of restaurants and numerous fast food outlets.
The area is a golfer's paradise with many courses in the near
vicinity. Orlando airport is approximately 35 minutes away.
Accommodation
The tastefully furnished lounge is air-conditioned and accesses
the pool area through French doors. It has all the modern
amenities, including sleeper sofa, love seat, cable TV, video
and music centre with CD player.
Large kitchen/diner fully equipped with cooker, microwave,
dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
and in sink waste disposal. There is a large dining table
and chairs with low light over for intimate dining.
The master bedroom with queen bed has a luxurious en-suite
bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe. The room is equipped
with a radio/alarm clock and a TV/Video combo. French doors
lead to the pool area. The second bedroom has a full-sized
bed with-built in wardrobe and shares the second bathroom
with the third bedroom which has full-sized twin beds and
a built-in wardrobe.
The separate utility room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing
board leads to the 2-car garage. The privately screened pool
is 12' x 24' and surrounded by an extensive deck area.

- Pool heating is available upon request during the winter
months for an additional charge
- Hairdryers are supplied in both the bathrooms
- All linens are included, as are towels for both indoor
and pool use
- Master bathroom has a large shower and two wash basins,
while the 2nd bathroom has a full bath with shower attachment
- The lounge and all bedrooms feature ceiling fans as well
as air-conditioning
- A selection of books, cards and board games is available
- Cot and highchair available at no extra cost
- All patio furniture is supplied, including table, chairs,
umbrella and lounge chairs. It can be accessed from the
master bedroom, lounge and the 2nd bathroom.
