the attractions and has easy access to shops and restaurants.
Location
You will find the villa in Crescent lakes which is a residential community.
The community is not only secluded but also tranquil, yet it
is close enough to all the major
attractions in central Florida. Crescent Lakes is only 12
miles from Disney World. The community of
Crescent Lakes has some excellent facilities for all the
family. It has sports facilities such
as basket ball and volley ball courts, children's play areas,
lakes to fish in and there are also
purpose-built BBQ areas. For sun
lovers that like to relax on sandy beaches, the warm waters
of the Gulf and the Atlantic coasts are only 60 to 75
minutes drive away.
A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses,
lakes for fishing and boating, parks and picnic locations
in and around the area.
There is a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and
nightlife.
Accommodation
The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard. The
beautiful lounge area overlooks the pool. It has sofas, an
entertainment centre with cable TV, 2 softly lit units, end
tables and lamps. There is a full-sized dining table and a
fully equipped kitchen.
The downstairs master suite is exceptional: large king-sized
bed, beautiful, very large, en-suite with a fun-size corner
bath, separate shower and a large, fully lit, vanity bar with
double sinks. Separate toilet facilities and large walk-in
closet complete this magical master suite.
The downstairs front bedroom has 2 twin beds and walk-in
closet. Upstairs you will find a second en-suite double bedroom
with full facilities and built in closet. The 4th bedroom
has full-sized bed with built-in closet and the 5th bedroom
has twin beds and built-in closet. There is a third bathroom
with full facilities between bedrooms 4 and 5.
Outside you will find a superb pool, all fully enclosed.
There is a child safety fence, ample pool furniture and a
large deck area to top up the sun tan, with a shaded area
for those who wish to escape the hot afternoon sun.
