The Villa

A beautiful two storey 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa with oversize south-facing pool and deck area. In a small privately owned gated community on a superior golf course.

Location

Just ten minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from the 192, and adjacent to the turnpike entrance for easy access to Universal Studios, Water Mania and International Drive. An easy 20 minute drive to Disney via the Osceola Parkway and within 2 minutes of a superior supermarket. On the award-winning Remington Golf Course, with golf cart rental providing a simple stay and play holiday for Golf enthusiasts. Every conceivable restaurant within ten minutes from the home.

Accommodation

Spacious lounge overlooking pool adjoined to breakfast nook with table and chairs and connected to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes large fridge-freezer with ice-maker and chilled water dispenser. TV, video, X box (with DVD player) and stereo player. Large master bedroom with 6 foot king-sized bed and connected via spacious walk-in closets to large en suite with walk in shower and large oval tub. Child's themed bedroom on ground floor with two twin beds and dining room adjacent. Fully equipped laundry room leading to large double garage. Cloak room toilet on ground floor.

First floor comprises three good sized bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a further two twins all with walk-in closets. The family bathroom concludes the accommodation. For additional sleeping a further queen sofa bed with oversize mattress will accommodate the other two guests. Crib and high chair available at small charge.

Facilities

Large pool with ample sun loungers chairs and tables in screened lanai connected via patio doors to the kitchen diner. These doors are safety alarmed for security of young children and the home has a 24-hour security system as well as a security gate at the entrance to the properties. The local park is adjacent to the properties with basketball, baseball diamond, volley ball, gym and large outdoor open pool. The award winning Remington and Kissimmee Bay Golf courses are at your doorstep with special rates available with our corporate discount cards.

Additional Information

The above prices exclude Florida sales and tourist tax. Security deposit of £200/$330. Pool heating is charged at £16/$25 per night's stay or £100/$150 per week. A 20% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 12 weeks before the rental commences. The telephone in the villa is free to use for local calls with discounted national and international calls.
