four-bedroom villa, with VERY private south-facing pool and
toddler pool, is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
with a community children's playground, pool, tennis court,
basketball court, and lake. It can accommodate up to 10 (plus
one infant) with all the comforts of home.

Master suite featuring king-sized bed, colour TV (with extended cable - 70+ channels) and DVD player, separate entrance to pool area and en suite bathroom with double basin vanity, separate large shower, heart-shaped tub and walk-in closet with built-in safe for your valuables.
Three additional bedrooms including one queen, 2 singles, and a Mickey bunk which sleeps 3 ALL WITH CABLE TV/VCR/DVD! Additional full bath and pull-out sofa. All linens and towels provided.
Facilities
Fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, etc.
Dining room. Lounge featuring colour TV (with extended cable
– 70+ channels), VCR (with video library) and stereo
systems. Separate laundry room featuring washing machine,
dryer, iron and ironing board. Games room featuring pool,
foosball, air hockey and magnetic darts.

Additional Information
Fully licensed, safety-certified management company on call
24/7.
The above prices include taxes. Deposit of $150 is required
with booking form, remaining balance due eight (8) weeks prior
to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit
of $175.
Pool heat is optional – and is normally needed from
mid-October to mid-April – for an additional $20 per
day with a four-day minimum of $120 per week.
