the rear of the development. Golf available to the rear.
Accommodation
The accommodation consists of a master bedroom en-suite,
a second double en-suite and two twin bedrooms sharing a full
bathroom. Family room, breakfast nook, formal dining and lounge
make for a very extensive living area. Fully equipped kitchen
and utility room complete the picture. Large covered porch
fully lit for alfresco meals by the pool which is also lit
for night time swimming.
Facilities
Fully air-conditioned throughout, plus ceiling fans in all
bedrooms and family room. 3 cable TVs, VCR, DVD, radio/CD/tape.
Full oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, etc. Washing
machine, dryer, iron and board. 3 hairdryers. All linens provided
including pool towels. Additional queen-size bed contained
in sofa (formal lounge). Roll-away bed, crib and highchair
available at no extra charge.
