The Villa
It's a luxury 4 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms, both masters have en-suite facilities, and can sleep 10 if needed. It also has it own private pool, extended decking, together with spa to help you unwind after those long days in the parks.
Location
The villa sits just 12 minutes from Disney on the fantastic site at Tuscan Ridge, on I-27, but only around 5 minutes away from the I-4. Both coasts are easily available if you want to travel further afield. A Publix supermarket is around 5 minutes away, together with a range of shops and places to eat out. Some great local golf courses nearby, Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate to name but two! Within easy reach of all other attractions. International Drive about 30 minutes away.
Accommodation
The villa has two master bedrooms, each with en-suite, TV with cable. We also provide locally a highchair and cot for little ones. The two other bedrooms are both twins with one themed in Disney style. These are serviced by a family bathroom. The rest of the property includes fully furnished kitchen, breakfast bar, dining nook, family room, dining room, utility room, lanai area with pool and spa covered with frame and net. There is also a double garage.
Facilities
Both master bedrooms have TV with cable. One of the twins has a TV with Playstation 2 and games.
The family area has TV with DVD and hi-fi with CDs. The kitchen
has full cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster
and coffee-maker. The utility room has a washing machine and
tumble dryer, together with iron and ironing board. Other
facilities include, full air-conditioning. Both masters have
showers and baths.
The pool has a children safety fence together with alarms from each doorway leading to the pool for extra safety. The pool area has pool chairs and loungers together with the spa at the far end of the pool. A night light is in the pool together with a fan for those warm evenings. All linen and towels provided. On site you can also use the tennis court which is free to owners, residents and guests.

Additional Information
The above price includes the State taxes. The local management company will take a holding credit card slip to cover any breakages, fully refunded at the end of the vacation. Pool heat, if needed, is $20 a day and payable locally. Deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking, balance payable 10 weeks prior to rental period. The telephone is free for local calls.
