The Villa
Our villa is furnished and equipped to the highest of standards.
Glorious views await you from the living-room, master bedroom
and bedroom 2 - firstly onto the 30 ft pool with spa, and
beyond, over the small lake then conservation area.
Location
Indian Point is situated 2 miles south of Highway 192 off
Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee. It is also accessible from Bass
Road (just 1/4 mile from the famous Wal-Mart's Superstore)
between road marker 14 and 15.
Indian Point has a community pool, tennis courts and children's
play area - all available for guests - and offers quick and
easy access to Walt Disney World and all the major attractions.
An hour's drive to Kennedy Space Centre and the east coast
beaches of Daytona and Cocoa - and 1 hour 45 minutes drive
to the gulf coast beaches for Clearwater St. Pete's.
Golf courses and fishing are on your doorstep. The perfect
area for a relaxing holiday catering for all tastes.

bath and separate shower. Walk-in wardrobe. Patio doors

- 2nd Bedroom – queen-sized bed. Walk-in wardrobe.
Overlooks the pool.
- Bedroom number 3 – with twin beds, cable TV, walk-in
wardrobe.
- Bedrooms number 4 – 'the children's room' with bunk
beds and a single sofa sleeper. TV/VCR/Playstation 2/toy
box

Additional Information
- Rates include all Florida taxes and departure clean.
- Check-in time is after 4.00 pm on day of arrival.
- Check-out time is by 10.00 am on day of departure.
- Late check-out must be prearranged. Charge £35.00.
- Access to the villa is by lock box on the front door.
- Guests will be directed from the airport straight to the
villa.
- Local management company should you require any assistance
during your stay.
- Pool heating (Gas) – £95.00 per week.
