The Villa
Our 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa is situated in a quiet
cul-de-sac, on a half-acre plot just a 10 minute drive from
Walt Disney World and the attractions. The lovely south-facing
pool with extended pool decks offers complete privacy and
overlooks orange groves.
Location
The Wellington is a prestigious development of superior quality
homes in an ideal location, just one mile from Highway 192,
off the US27 Davenport. Walt Disney World and the attractions
are just 10 minutes away. Gulf coast beaches just 1 hour 45
minutes from your door. Supermarkets and fast food outlets
are minutes away, as are numerous golf courses including Southern
Dunes and Champions Gate.

Facilities
The Wellington Estate boasts a community pool, complete with
sun deck, changing facilities, volley ball and a children's
play area. Our villa's own pool is fully screened, overlooking
the orange groves and south-facing, ensuring you don't miss
a moment of Florida's beautiful sunshine.
For your added enjoyment, our pool area is lit in the evenings
by subtle lighting fitted within the pool and wall lights
to make an evening BBQ more enjoyable. We have even attached
a control box to the CD player in the lounge, that allows
you to hear your favourite music whilst enjoying the pool.

- Late check outs can be pre arranged - charge £35.00.
