FloridaMax is set on a large corner lot featuring landscaped garden areas planted with a wide variety of palm trees. A private south-facing swimming pool with spa is set into a spacious extended deck area.

FloridaMax villa is located on the executive development of Tuscan Ridge, within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World resort, several championship golf clubs, a host of shops, bars, restaurants and Orlando's premier attractions.
Accommodation
Our Villa has been built with many executive upgrades and is furnished to an exacting standard. It is fully air conditioned throughout. 4 bedrooms (2 masters with en-suite) plus 2 further double rooms and a queen size sleeper sofa provides sleeping for a maximum of 10 guests.

Poolside dining furniture and sun loungers complete your outdoor
living experience. All doors and windows to the pool are alarmed
for the safety of young children.
Home entertainment provided includes a large remote control
Panasonic flat screen TV with a matching DVD player, X Box
game system with two controllers, plus additional TVs in the
bedrooms. A video player is provided in bedroom 3, plus a
Sony 'boom box' stereo system.

Additional Information
The above prices include Florida Sales Tax. Pool/spa heating
is charged at $20 per night's stay.
