The villa is located on a premium plot on the exclusive executive development
of Tuscan Ridge on Highway 27. It is 11 minutes from Disney
World and close to all major attractions and Orlando International,
Orlando Sanford, or Tampa Airports. Interstate I4 (4 minutes)
provides quick and easy access to Central Orlando the airports
and Atlantic or Gulf coasts.
The villa is close to shops restaurants and all local amenities – eg. 24-hour hypermarkets are 4 minutes away. It is also close to dozens of superb golf courses, including the fabulous Greg Norman course at Championsgate and the – Top Ten-rated course at Southern Dunes.

Double garage. Fully screened private heated pool. Open aspect to rear over conservation land (we are NOT overlooked!)
Facilities
The villa is fully air conditioned, and additionally has ceiling fans in all major rooms plus out on the pool deck.
The home is fully equipped with 74-channel cable TV, DVD player (with DVDs), CD player (with CD's).
The dining room easily accommodates eight diners.
The kitchen has a large cooker, microwave, a huge fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee-maker, blender and all utensils. The laundry room has a washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.
All linen and towels are provided. Just bring a toothbrush!
