Villa Chardonnay is a luxury 3 bedroom/2 Bathroom villa sleeping up to 8 people comfortably. It has a beautifully shaped privately screened pool, and a spacious pool decking area which has the sun all day long, ideal for those who like to spend time relaxing and enjoying the sun.
Location
Villa Chardonnay is situated less than 15 minutes from Disney, in the village community of Tuscan Ridge on the US highway 27, just 5 minutes from junction 58 on the Interstate 4, which gives easy access for planned trips east or west to Atlantic or Gulf Coast beaches and all attractions that Florida can offer. Only minutes away is the US Highway 192 with all its shops, eating establishments and entertainment. This area of Florida is also a golfers' paradise, where there are many golf courses within minutes of the villa including the Greg Norman-designed course at Championsgate.
Accommodation
The villa has 1 master bedroom with en-suite, TV with cable and access to the pool. Bedroom 2 is a double and bedroom 3 two singles. Additionally, the large sofa in the Den opens up into a king-size bed. The remainder of the villa comprises a living/family room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen including utility cupboard and dining nook, and a double garage.
Facilities
The family room has a large TV with DVD player. The kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave oven with fan, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, and blender. In the utility cupboard you will find a washer and tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Other facilities include, full air conditioning, double walk-in shower with access from bedrooms 2 and 3, full alarm system installed, sun beds and patio furniture. All linen and towels provided. On site there is a tennis court available for use by guests free of charge.

The above price includes Florida Sales Tax. A 10% Booking
fee (deposit) is required, with the balance due 6 weeks prior
