The Villa
Our Villa is a double mastered, executive, 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom
home which sleeps 10 people. It has its own large private
screened pool with covered lanai area that can be fully lit
at night for evening use and entertainment.
Location
The tranquil community of Tuscan Ridge is conveniently situated
off the US 27, and within easy reach of the Interstate 4,
which gives easy access to airports, Atlantic and Gulf coast
beaches, and is only 15 minutes away from Disney theme parks
and attractions. Also with golf enthusiasts in mind, we are
just 6 minutes away from the new Champions Gate Golf Course,
designed by Greg Norman. For any budding pilots, there are
several local airfields, offering PPL hire or pleasure flights.
Accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned, and comprises 2 identical
master suites, which have full en-suite bathrooms, comprising
corner bath, large walk-in shower, his and her vanity unit,
WC and ceramic tiled floors. Both master bedrooms have patio
doors leading out to the pool area. There are a further 2
twin bedrooms, sharing a third family bathroom. All bedrooms
are furnished to the highest of standards, and include walk-in/built-in
wardrobes, ample drawer space, and remote control TV. All
bed linen and towels are provided, but we would ask guests
to bring their own beach towels.
Our large family room is tastefully decorated, with our guests’
comfort in mind – ideal for relaxing after a long day at the
theme parks. Further access to the pool and deck area can
also be gained from the family room, via an alarmed patio
door, which has been installed with your child’s safety in
mind.
Our South facing, fully screened large pool and lanai, comes
complete with water feature, pool heater, and fully furnished
deck.
Facilities
The family room has a large TV, VCD, DVD (with DVDs), Playstation
and hi-fi with CDs. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave,
fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, and blender. In the
utility there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Other facilities include, full air conditioning, radio alarm
clocks, shower and bath in master bedrooms, child-safety alarms
on doors and windows leading to/overlooking the pool, baby
high chair, numerous sun-beds, child pool toys, outdoor dining
area with fan and light above and a large covered lanai. All
linen and towels are supplied. On site there is a tennis court
and a new club house is soon to be built.

Additional Information
- All prices quoted are per week not per person and are
inclusive of tax.
- Pool heating (recommended Oct–March) is £15 per day.
- Meet and Greet service and food hampers available on request.
- A non-returnable deposit of £75 per week secures your
reservation with the outstanding balance paid 10 weeks prior
to departure.
- A security deposit of £200 is required at time of booking
which is returned within 45 days after your departure.
