The Villa

Our new luxury villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private screened pool and spa. Two master rooms have private access to pool area. Open-plan living area. Fully fitted kitchen and laundry. Living areas include cable TV, DVD and video facilities plus XBox. Full air conditioning.

Location

Orleander is fantastically positioned 12 minutes from Walt Disney World. It is on a prestigious, quiet community close to amenities like supermarkets, take-outs and a Greg Norman-designed golf course. The villa is 5 minutes from the I4 which makes the beach easily accessible at either the Gulf or the Atlantic. Sea world is 15 minutes and Universal is 20 minutes drive.

Accommodation

Master one has a king bed, en suite, plus TV and DVD. Master 2 has a queen bed, en suite plus TV and Video. Both have private access to the pool area.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin-bedded and share a themed bathroom. Bedroom 4 is Disney themed (cot available). A den has a selection of games, books and XBox, TV and video. Fully fitted kitchen with all up to date appliances.

Facilities

Our facilities at Orleander include: air-conditioning throughout, extended south-facing deck, L-shaped pool which can be lit at night, luxury patio furniture, removable pool safety fence, fully screened patio with shaded area and ceiling fan, door alarm, selection of games and books, all linen supplied, 4 TVs, cable, DVD video, XBox.

The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, ice-making fridge and small luxury items include coffee-maker, toaster and mixer. There is use of a washer and dryer.
