The Villa

Westridge Luxury Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a large heated screened pool with an oversize deck area surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Location

Westridge is approximately 10-15 minutes away from Disney World, and is within easy reach of all other major attractions (within 30 minutes). Nearby there is a vast array of eating establishments and a number of supermarkets for your essentials. There are some very good championship golf courses about 5 minutes away. Westridge is ideally located for your next Florida holiday.

Accommodation

The villa has two lounges both with cable TV and DVD, with ample seating in both; a formal dining room; fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook; master bedroom is en suite with a walk-in shower, Roman tub and twin vanity units. There is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes both have CD stereos. The family bathroom has shower, bath and vanity unit. There is also a double garage.

• There is a well equipped kitchen with full cooker, microwave fridge/freezer with ice-maker, toaster, etc.

• All prices include all taxes.
• Pool heating (recommended in cooler months) is £60/$100 per week.
• Security deposit required of £100/$150 per week returnable after your stay.
• Deposit of £100/$150 per week with balance payable eight weeks before holiday.
• Holidays of 8 days or less are subject to an extra cleaning charge of £50/$90.
