The Villa

5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3,000 sq ft home, fully air-conditioned. Beautiful, large new pool home in Harbor Lakes, a gated community, 15 minutes from all the theme parks. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 double room, plus sofa beds in retreat and family room. Relax in the 30 ft pool with spa after a hard day at the theme parks!

Location

Between Central Florida Greenway and Osceola Parkway, so easy and quick to get to theme parks. Publix supermarket, video rental store about 2 minutes drive. Variety of shops, restaurants, and Florida Mall up to 5 minutes drive.

Record time to Disney is 8 minutes, but we generally allow up to 20 minutes!

Harbor Lakes is a mixed residential/holiday community, so there are plenty of local faces to advise on the best restaurants and other facilities.

Roads also connect easily to Kennedy Space Center – about 40–45 minutes drive.

Accommodation

Lounge area, formal dining, kitchen with breakfast bar, family room (with TV/DVD), and informal dining area.

King-size bedroom downstairs with bathroom and walk-in closet, and TV. Laundry room with washer and drier. Downstairs WC.

Upstairs, queen-size master suite, two twin bedrooms, 1 double room, family bathroom. Large retreat area with bed/settee and TV/DVD.

Plus the large pool and spa.

Facilities

This is a huge, brand new home with all facilities. Plenty of kitchen equipment, including juicer – essential for the early morning fresh juice drinks by the pool before a hard day at the parks. Or add something stronger later on... Huge fridge, freezer and ice-maker.

If anything does go wrong, 24 hour maintenance is just a phone call away.

Pool and spa are fully enclosed with mesh.

Small selection of books, games and DVDs.

All linen and towels supplied.
