LocationGill's Florida Villa is situated on Windward Cay, just off Highway 192 at mile marker 14, within walking distance of Medieval Times. It is 6 miles from Disney World, 4 miles from International Drive, 10 miles from Sea World and 12 miles from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
AccommodationThe villa has a master bedroom with a queen (5') bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower and pool access. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom, again with a bath and a shower. All the bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area as well as a lounge/diner with a sofa bed which sleeps 2 and a sitting room with patio doors leading to the lanai and pool.
FacilitiesThe villa has cable TV, video and a CD hi-fi system. The fully fitted kitchen has a full-size oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with an ice-maker, waste disposal unit, coffee-maker and a toaster. There is a laundry alcove with a washer and a tumble dryer and an iron and ironing board. There are ample linen and towels (including pool towels) and a hair dryer. The pool area is floodlit for evening use and has plenty of chairs and sun loungers.

A deposit of £100/$150 per week will secure a booking with
the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
Pool heating is available during the winter if required,
