The Villa

Superbly specified 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 masters both with en suite), fully air conditioned luxury villa located on an oversize corner plot.

Furnished in natural shades and timber, with the entire living area tiled, this villa provides a cool and calm environment in which to relax after a hard day at the nearby theme parks or shopping malls. The two master bedrooms both with en suite facilities, together with a further two bedrooms, make this an ideal choice for two families to share.

Location

The villa is located on the prestigious Four Corners community in Davenport, Orlando. Four Corners is regarded as the “Gateway to the Ridge” and is 5 minutes north of I4 and only 15 minutes to Disney.

Accommodation

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and large fridge-freezer. There is also a separate utility room with washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms and the family room have cable TV, all 5 TVs are independently operated so each room can watch a different programme! And the house is equipped with VCRs, a DVD player and even a home computer with free Internet access to ensure that even the most ardent e-mailer can keep in touch.

There are four bedrooms. Master bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with ‘his’ and ‘hers’ washbasins, shower and bathtub. The bedroom also has direct access to the pool deck via patio doors. Perfect for that dip before breakfast. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed whilst bedroom 4 has twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom.

Facilities

The villa has a south-facing 28' pool and extended deck area which is completely screened and includes a good selection of patio furniture and a gas BBQ. The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater, which is an optional extra in the cooler months, as well as underwater lighting and a 'swimout' on which you can sit and watch the evening sun go down.

A games room is planned for July 2004.

Additional Information

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people by using the sleeper sofa in the family room which converts to a double bed.

All bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a highchair and cot provided free of charge and additional equipment can be rented as an extra. The villa is professionally managed by one of the most experienced and long established management companies in central Florida.
