The Villa

Just 10 Minutes from Disney, our luxurious villa enjoys a premier position on the gated community of Grand Reserve. This is an exclusive development of just 110 villas set amongst lakes and landscaped gardens. As a consequence, the villa enjoys an open outlook to the rear over a lake.

Location

Located approximately 5 minutes drive from junction 58 of the I4 interstate near Champions Gate shopping centre. Well placed for Disney and the other attractions off the 192 and International Drive. Less than 1 hour's drive from either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts.

Accommodation

The property has a large family room, separate formal sitting and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a master bedroom with a large king-size bed and en suite bathroom, and three further bedrooms (one double and 2 twins). There is also a family bathroom with bath, a laundry room with industrial-sized washing and drying machines and a double garage.

Facilities

The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the main family room and the bedrooms. It has a 30 ft screened, heated, south-facing pool overlooking a lake. There is a separate landscaped patio and wooden deck for wildlife spotting. A gas BBQ and cot/highchair is also provided.

Additional Information

The above prices include pool heat if requested and all local taxes. Reservation fee of £50 per week secures booking. The balance plus a £200 security deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival. For stays of less than 6 nights, a £50 cleaning charge is added to the holiday price.
