The Villa

A beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, new to the rental market, all 5-star furnishings and flat screen TVs. A 32' x 15' pool with spa and lazing area with swim-up seats and ample pool furniture for two families. Situated on Highlands Reserve Golf Community and near to Disney and Champions Gate.

Location

Only 10 minutes drive from Disney via two routes, 30-45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, near to Champions Gate and Reunion Golf complexes. A Publix supermarket and other shops only two minutes by car.

Accommodation

There is a family room with 36" flat screen TV, DVD/video player, Sony surround sound with built-in speakers, hi-fi and everything else you would want for a comfortable stay. There is a further quiet lounge, with two more sofas overlooking the lanai and pool. In addition there is a den, complete with desk, telephone point (for Internet connection), flat screen TV, a further DVD/video player and a sofa. The 2 master bedrooms, one with a king-size, the other with a queen-size bed, both have flat screen TVs and cable, one bedroom has a spa bath and both have walk-in showers.

Facilities

The remaining bedrooms are separated from the master suites and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a 20" flat screen cable TV, one has a queen bed, the other a twin.

One of the main features of the villa is the great south-facing 32' x 15' pool, with oversized pool deck and spa. There is ample pool furniture for two families, plus table and chairs for when you decide to eat out.
