The Villa
Floridiann Pearl is a luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom
air-conditioned villa with a fully equipped games room and
private heated pool (pool heater optional). The Villa can
sleep up to 10 and the pool area is covered, there is a
large decking area with a ceiling fan, the pool is 32 foot
long! There is a park and play area at the rear and it is
situated on a gated community.
Location
Cumbrian Lakes has it all! There’s plenty to see and do in central Florida, and Cumbrian Lakes is close to the popular attractions and entertainment areas. Many of the world’s best known theme parks are within easy distance of Cumbrian Lakes, including Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios. The villa is in a beautiful setting, an ideal 15 minutes from Disney World, close to great shopping areas and restaurants. Whatever you want, you will find it in Orlando, entertainment capital of the world! Cumbrian Lakes is a private gated Community of luxury homes, lakes and ponds.
Accommodation
The villa has a king-size bed and an en suite in the master
bedroom (including a huge shower), a queen-size bedroom with
an adjacent bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a Jack and
Jill bathroom.
There are two TVs a video/DVD player, Playstation and hi-fi
for your home entertainment.
An infant’s cot and highchair are provided for your convenience.
The rear of the property faces south-west (soak up the sun
every afternoon!). A large pool with waterfall and extended
decking area. The rear of the property backs onto a park with
a children's play area.
FacilitiesThe villa is luxuriously
furnished and has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms (all with TVs), three
bathrooms plus a pool bathroom, spacious lounge, TV and DVD, breakfast nook,
fully equipped kitchen, the games room has a full size pool table, child safe
darts board, football game, TV and Playstation. The pool has a waterfall feature
and can be fenced from the decking area if required. The rear of the property
backs onto a park with a children's play area.

Additional Information
The above prices exclude pool heater. A refundable £200/$400 security deposit
is taken to cover accidental damage (covering all guests). Pool heating is
charged at £75/$150 per week. A £200/$400 deposit is taken on booking, the
balance being payable 8 weeks before the rental commences. The telephone in the
villa is free to use for local calls.
