The Villa

Charm of Disney is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Completed in March 2004 and furnished to a luxurious standard. With the screened south-facing pool the Florida rays are here from early till late.

Location

Indian Creek community is situated just one mile off Highway 192, 1 mile from various shops, restaurants and supermarkets, 3 miles from Mickey, Minnie and friends, 20 minutes from Seaworld, 25 minutes from Universal Studios, International Drive. Busch Gardens is 60 minutes drive south, and Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes drive north. Sanford Airport is 45 minutes, Orlando 25 minutes drive away.

Accommodation

A spacious living area has 3-seater settee, 2-seater settee (pulls out to double bed), chair, and 31 inch cable TV/VSR/DVD/hi-fi with CD player. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, table and seating for 4. Separate dining area with large table and seating for 6. Master bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV/VCR, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity unit and bath. Bedroom 2 with double bed, drawers, walk-in closet, cable TV, en-suite with bath/shower, vanity unit. 2 twin bedrooms, one with cable TV, sharing 3rd bathroom.

Large screened south-facing pool, separate spa, with patio table, padded chairs, lounges, large covered lanai with ceiling fan. Free use of high chair, cot. All linen and towels provided. Free local and international telephone calls. Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron housed in garage. Security alarm system. Pool safety fence

Additional Information

The villa is fully licensed, manage company on call 24/7. Deposit of £150 per week is required with booking form remaining balance is required 10 weeks prior to commencement of holidays. A non-returnable accident insurance premium of £45 per stay (covering all guests) is charged. Pool heating is £100 per week.
